This place is beautiful. The staff are amazing the food was delicious. I do however believe that they add water to their bottles. The drinks are weak The dj was super good. Played all of the greatest hits. Lots of room to dance

I don't understand the mixed reviews for this spot. We came here for a baby shower and were pleasantly surprised by the view, the staff, and the food! While it's not a huge space, it's certainly big enough for a shower or small party. The view is amazing and if it wasn't raining when we visited we may have been able to stand outside on the balcony area. The food was delicious. The vegetable eggrolls were mind-blowing and we kept going back for more. The chicken was flavorful and came with yummy mashed potatoes and asparagus. The drinks were good and they had a wide selection of options to choose from. Getting inside can be tricky. The Ravel Hotel has two entrances - one for the penthouse, and another for the hotel itself. There was an employee by the elevator to instruct us where to go when we arrived otherwise we would have been walking in circles. The restrooms here are beautiful and no attendant is present so no pressure to bring a tip with you. The entire building appears to be relatively new and while it's not in as much of an up and coming area of LIC it's still a lovely location to check out. Also no need to valet park your car at the hotel. We found street parking with zero issues.

The ambiance is definitely to die for. The music, view, and food was spectacular. We got a bottle of Pinot Grigio to start but the drinks were strong! Definitely worth it. The only complaint is that the food portions just weren't enough. They do mention that it is small servings but I would suggest coming here for some drinks and some small plates and not for dinner entirely. The rooftop was actually on the 6th floor and it was an amazing view of the Queensborough Bridge. There was parking nearby but also valet parking too. We made reservations so I would suggest that too. Excellent service, overall would definitely recommend for date night!
